Mr. Sullivan was a co-founder of PPI and its predecessor and has been a principal of and CEO since it began operations in 1992. Mr. Sullivan has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University. He has been involved in the oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico, inland waters, and internationally since 1983, serving in various capacities with independent oil companies including Taylor Energy and Sandefer Offshore.

Mr. Byth was a co-founder of PPI and has been a principal of PPI and its predecessor since 1992. Mr. Byth has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa. He has been involved in the oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico, inland waters, and internationally since 1973, serving in various capacities with major integrated and independent oil companies including Texaco USA and Taylor Energy.

Mr. Thomas was a co-founder of PPI and has been a principle of and Secretary of the Company and its predecessor since 1993. Mr. Thomas has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University and a M.B.A. from Houston Baptist University. He has been involved in the oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico, inland waters, and internationally since 1977, serving in various capacities with major integrated and independent oil companies including Mobil Oil, CNG Producing, and Hall-Houston Oil Company.

Mr. Tompkins joined PPI in January 1996. Mr. Tompkins has a B.A. in Business from Nicholls State University. He began his career in the Oil & Gas industry as an account manager for National Supply Company in 1977. Over his 20-year career with National Supply and its predecessors, he has held various management positions in their sub-sea/surface wellhead products division.

Mr. Hill joined PPI Technology Services in January 2007 as Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Hill is a 1988 graduate of the University of Missouri with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining PPI Technology Services he held various domestic and international engineering and management positions with Schlumberger.

Mr. Whiteley joined PPI Technology Services in March 2002 as Completion Technology Manager. Mr. Whiteley has a Bachelor of Science from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He began his career in the Oil and Gas Industry as a Field Service Supervisor for Dowell in 1978 and has held management positions with several major Oil and Gas service companies. Prior to joining PPI Technology Services, Mr. Whiteley was president of an Oil and Gas process improvement and technology company. Mr. Whiteley holds nine US and foreign mechanical and business process patents.

Mr. Williams joined the Company in June 2001. He is a graduate of Texas A & M University with a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1974. He held various positions at Phillips Petroleum Company, Tenneco Oil Company, and Kilroy Company of Texas, respectively, prior to entering the Turnkey drilling business in 1981. Since that time, he has held Management positions with Avanti Services, Inc., Triton Engineering Services, Applied Drilling Technology Inc. (ADTI), and Cliffs Drilling Company.

Mr. McDaniel's career spans some 29 years in the oil and gas industry building strong trusted relationships in the completions and drilling segments. Prior to joining PPI, Mr. McDaniel was with Baker Hughes for 25 years in technical sales and accounts management.

Over 30 years of experience in construction and engineering projects both onshore, offshore, domestic and international. Responsibilities have included management of project engineering - construction for natural gas and crude oil pipelines including pump stations, meter and regulating stations, compressor, gas - crude oil gathering systems.

Mr. Edwards, Chief Financial Officer, joined the Company in April 2007. He is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Accounting and is a Texas Certified Public Accountant. He has held various financial positions in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Williamson is a graduate engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lamar University (1977). He has over 30 years experience in the deep foundation industry; managing construction of augered cast-in-place piles, driven piles, marine construction, and soil improvement projects primarily in the Petro-chemical, refinery and industrial market.

Mr. McGrath joined PPI Technology Services as the President of the Asset Tracking and Management division. Mr. McGrath has a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College and a Masters degree from the University of Miami. He is a seasoned executive skilled in strategic technology analysis, and product development and technology. Prior to joining PPI Technology Services, Mr. McGrath was VP of Products for Trend Micro. Mr. McGrath has also held senior positions for NetIQ and Citrix Systems.
