We understand the applications and how the equipment should function, so we are well positioned to provide project management and QA surveillance services. The PPI Quality Assurance mission is to add value by keeping nonproductive time (NPT) to a minimum. Toward that end, we:

• Interface with vendors and sub-vendors for component and assembly inspection and testing
• Identify and track non-conforming materials or processes
• Report quality or process deficiencies that could delay delivery
• Review specifications, procedures, and material test reports to ensure conformance to code and specification requirements
• Perform final document review
• Provide weekly vendor inspection and testing reports
• Act as the client’s advocate throughout the manufacturing, inspection, and test processes
