A native Houstonian, Mr. Kirklin graduated from the University of Houston in 1993 and South Texas College of Law in 1996.  For 12 years, Mr. Kirklin was a commercial litigator focusing primarily on contract disputes, first party insurance defense and insurance coverage matters. Mr. Kirklin joined PPI as its General Counsel in 2008.
