Mr. Thomas was a co-founder of PPI and has been a principal and Secretary of the Company and its predecessor since 1993. Mr. Thomas has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Houston Baptist University. He has been involved in the oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico, inland waters, and internationally since 1977, serving in various capacities with major integrated and independent oil companies including Mobil Oil, CNG Producing, and Hall-Houston Oil Company.
