Mr. Flockton joined PPI Technology Services in 2007 as General Manager, Quality Assurance. He has more than 25 years of experience in quality control/assurance for construction and fabrication. Mr. Flockton previously served as Quality Assurance Lead Engineer for Chevron Energy Technology Company. Before that, he held various QA/QC positions with FMC Technologies, Halliburton/Kellogg Brown & Root, and other companies.
