Mr. Sullivan was a co-founder of PPI and its predecessor and has been a PPI principal and CEO since it began operations in 1992. Mr. Sullivan has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Mississippi State University. He has been involved in the oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico, inland waters, and internationally since 1983, serving in various capacities with independent oil companies including Taylor Energy and Sandefer Offshore.
